Why when you read 'complaints' about a hotel, say Vegas for instance, do they give it neg rep and moan that it was far from the Strip? They :censored: booked it! :splapme

It's usually the Americans that complain. When I was booking Vegas last year I read a load of reviews on the Luxor and noticed a trend. Nearly all the bad reviews were from Americans and the good ones mostly Europeans. Admittedly it's in need of an upgrade but I was happy enough with it. Not nearly as bad as some of the reviews. You get what you pay for.

Whne we've been looking at hotel reviews from Americans they seem to moan about not being upgraded. You booked a cheap room and got what you paid for - how can you moan about that?

I always manage to swing an upgrade :DBut surely you wouldn't moan that you got what you had paid for had you not got an upgrade, would you?

I did last time, as the muppets put us in the worst room in the hotel, the only one next to the airon extractor and a brick wall. They soon upgraded me to a top suite after I had a little word with them :thumbs

Orlando - Kids will love it, and you'll never get it cheaper than now ever again.

we'll never afford that. We went when the kids were too young to enjoy it and it cost nearly £8k for two weeks, including spends and flights. Or do you know of somewhere to get it cheap?
