Auto-Sys 3rd & 4th November

There is a chance that Auto-Sys may be late on these days. It all depends on how things go as I have a hospital appointment tomorrow that will see me anaesthetised so I could still be groggy on Wednesday. And tomorrow's update will be done as soon as I feel up to it as I have to start preparing my body for the procedures from this afternoon which will leave me significantly weakened. In both cases I hope to have it all done before the first race though.

Thanks all. I meant to say that today's was online about an hours ago but you've probably spotted that by now.

The tests went OK. All clear from what they can tell at this stage. So in actual fact I am no nearer a proper diagnosis of what is actually wrong with me :splapme
