This game gets more pointless by the day. Frank Lampard has pulled out meaning the England team will be without a number of first-team regulars.

And why is it being played out in the Middle East??

It's a lot of money spent only to be bailed out by Given against Birmingham I must admit :laugh

Now Terry is a doubt...so what will this really tell Capello now? Lampard, Terry, Gerrard, Johnson...how many of them would play if it was a premiership match? Tells you everything really about the game I guess. :ermmm

England's players are used to having flat beds for long journeys and were allegedly shocked to find seats which hardly reclined.
Several players are understood to have complained of cramp and muscle pain after the flight.

Honestly, talk about lost touch with the real world :ermmm

I flew cattle class last time .... Jeez those commoners stink .....especially the drunken Irish buggers behind us ..... I went into the toilet for some fresh air

If you have short legs like me and wifey midget, depending on the airline it can make little difference what class. US Airway, cattle, SIA, posh :)

Are the English players being shown in slow motion as compared to Brazil? :doh Anyway...its good to know we have plenty of players to come in should we have injuries in the World Cup. :laugh

By not playing any teams of note. Which is why we always get to the quarter finals then go out when we do meet one!

I fell asleep and woke up about 10 minutes ago.

The last thing I remember watching was James Milner volleying it over the crossbar, towards the end... 75 minutes-ish at a guess. Can't remember us really being much of a threat, and by that I mean a real threat.

Obviously the reason why we lost today was because the players were sore from the non-reclining seats on the aeroplane. :thumbs
