Bloody eager for horse racing...... although plenty of sport over the last few days with the cricket (great India v Sri Lanka ODI).

The weather has broke just in time, those Roman gods must have liked me sacrificing a lot of chocolate for them :doh Plenty of racing today, and the already immortal Kauto Star goes for No.4

My girlfriend's brother's friend (I know, but stick with it please) served the owner of Kauto Star yesterday and he (the owner) said the horse is in his prime just at the minute.

And it looks like I may be able to get on the Boxing Day races for the first year ever :D

With it being a pretty quiet day - much more so than I expected - I was able to get all the bets on around lunchtime and still be seen as acceptably sociable. I think I had more bets on the football than the racing in the end but two of my biggest lay systems (in terms of number of qualifiers) are under a bank barrier so that cut down the workload significantly.

Other: 33 from 43, up 2.56pts

A good day overall, although I made only a few points profit I made a good cash return so I am happy I managed to get my bets on today.
