And then Excellent Show goes in at 5.9.

I go from a day of healthy profit to being down within two races at Kempton. :(

Yep...was going so well as well. Made it a losing day definitely. Was going to mention that the Lay'em was going very well last night...I was on 21 without a loser till now.

jonahjones, if there is N/R,s i do not lay,not after timing brought this up in some old posts before.with 10 runners and 3 lays in the same race its a big no no for me.only 2 lays for me in the layem 12.20 and the 9.20.my stats for starting again from the 19/10/09 are 184/205 + 53.2 points, highest being 55.75 points.i no mat has done over 3000 bets for the layem maybe he could check to see if it makes a difference with the N/Rs under the cut off if he does not mind :).with the layem having a lot of bets i fell bettter doing it this way.

Not such a great day laying wise, with Wanchai Whisper (8.91) winning on 2 systems. But a decent day on the backs makes it not that bad a day, albeit a losing one.

Backs 4/8 +6.23pts
Lays 5/7 -11.07pts

WAY too much work for me.

Wanchai Whisper was a kick in the spuds alright. With that as a double lay (at 9.2) and some losing football bets last night I finished the day down, but not as bad as I had feared. In fact I basically wiped out the previous day's profit plus a couple of quid - not too bad in the grand scheme of things really.

W2W Systems: 2 from 2, up 1.69pts
W2W Lays: 5 from 7, down 12.86pts
Other: 6 from 21, down 226.16pts

Again it's the football making that Other points loss look much bigger than it really is. For example, Man Utd haven't drawn a match for a while now and my 25p starting stake on the Premiership draws was up to nearly £44 for their match last night. I'm not at all worried about this though. As I have said many time before - I have extensively researched this system and know that Man Utd will give me a draw in time and I'll make a killing off them as I did with Chelsea a few weeks back.

I had a few banks reach new highs yesterday too. My NHPM bank edged over it's previous high point and the bank for the darts tipster I follow hit a new maximum yesterday. A new football service I have started following (after trialling it for a month before christmas) had it's second winning day in a row too and while it is early days it's nice to get off on the right foot with a winning start.
