Card Reader To Laptop

I haven't ever transfered pictures to a laptop before using a card reader. Can anyone help me out please?

Please simplyfy the instructions just in case Vegy's reading :laugh

Put the memory card from the camera into the appropriate slot on the card reader - the Laptop will then ask what you want to do. There should be an option to download or save pictures from the drive (i.e. the card).

It just treats the card as an extra hard drive.
