Will the taxman have his way :ooo
I believe Cardiff & Southend find out today as well, so we could have 3 teams vanish!! And a lot more are in the crapper becuase they can't do simple maths. Most teams have been living off 'potential' income, rather than 'actual' income :splapme

7 days grace then.
Southend and Cardiff given 28 days. Southend's winding-up order is over a £200k dispute after the chairman paid off £2million? :doh
Why not just pay the extra £200k and then dispute it afterwards.
On a brighter note, Hinkley United managed to resolve their dispute before the hearing. :D

Why not just pay the extra £200k and then dispute it afterwards. Southend are claiming they didn't pay the latest bill after they overpaid on the £2.1m they settled recently. I'm not sure if they are saying they only owed £1.9m but paid off £2.1m or whether they paid £2.3m instead of £2.1m but they are claiming they don't owe anything.

I just think if you're going to pay 2mill, it makes sense just to hand over the extra 2 00 grand, and then try and get it back off the revenue then going through the rigmorale of facing a winding up order.

Agree Vegy but someone running the clubs with that kind of thinking wouldn't be in this mess in the first place probably!
