Three unarmed police officers saw Derrick Bird during his shooting rampage but were unable to stop him, say police.

They should have waited for him to fire 2 shots off and then run the ::swear over before he could reload or reach for the rifle...... they'd have done that in NCIS :thumbs :D

I thought the police were supposed to protect the public ... oh hang on .... health & safety now so they must stand back and watch people get shot, kids fall through ice and drown.... :headbange
