:doh I can't work this out.... higher taxes for those who go through Uni but they come out with no debt.... Well if they have a decent degree (and we should get rid of all the useless ones) then they'll be paying the higher rate of tax anyway at some point. So it'll be the higher rate + the uni rate :yikes:

Methinks they haven't thought this through.
