Rose Bowl Stakes - Sponsored By Compton Beauchamp Estates Ltd (Listed Race) (CLASS 1)
Cape To Rio - Looked very promising in his first two starts but didn't seem to have an answer latest.
Al Aasifh - His only win was in convincing style but I get the feeling that was a poor field and he has been found wanting in the better quality races he has contested.
Black Moth - On a line through Approve, this one is held by Al Aasifh.
Emmas Gift - Looks likely to lose out in a battle. Didn't find herself on the right side of the track latest, but give in the ground is also an issue.
Minch Man - Give in the ground is an issue but also found wanting lastest.
Sir Reginald - Quality of the race he won has to be questioned with both 2nd and 3rd in that race disappointing next time out.
Sonoran Sands - On a line through Coloado Gold, this is well held by Minch Man.
Bahceli - Held by Cape To Rio on a line through Saucy Buck but both second and third from his debut run have gone on to be winners and the 2nd in his latest run was a good second in a decent race. Clearly the stables second string with Ryan Moor opting for Cape To Rio, but has won twice despite veering left in the final furlong both times. Looks likely to appreciate further another plus.
Verdict.
BAHCELI - At 7-1 and as long as 8 runners remain paying out on 3 places, this seems a no brainer each way bet. More to come from this one and he definitely could surprise the stable by being the better of the two Hannon horses.
