Gambling in Spain

Does anyone know what the Spanish position is on online gambling, especially using Betfair?

I'm going on holiday to Spain this weekend and plan to take the laptop with me so it can be business as normal (more or less). But am I OK to access Betfair etc from Spain? I want to be sure of what I need to know before I go

I used betfair with no problems in spain last summer, no need to change the isp or anything like that.

Gambling is freely available across the EU it is not allowed to be blocked :)
