Although this is undeniably a blow for the poorer of society, it might just make some of those rediculous cases granted legal aid more of a rarity and we might see less and less od those pathetic legal companies that base 90% of their business on claims using legal aid.

Gets on my nerves some of the people who get legal aid, a lot of the stuff that goes through the courts only does so because the solicitor keeps spreading it out to get more government cash.
