Former children's services boss Sharon Shoesmith says she was motivated by "justice not money" after winning a legal battle over the death of Baby Peter.

She won on the basis that the way she was sacked was not the correct procedure, not that she failed to protect the murder of the child.... I didn't see her mention that bit on the steps of the court :rolleyes:
