While I was in Manila, rather than go the hospital I paid £10 to see a ENT specialist straight away at a surgery, it would be nice if specialist were similary available in this country rather than having to be referred. For instance they could hold a 2hr surgery a week, and if you want to use the service then you pay £50. :thumbs
