Sure glad I rated up that meet from Southwell yesterday & I'd like to nominate this 2yo gelding as One To Follow at the course, that's the AW Flat to see if he can possibly live up to the figure he got from me last night:
5:10 - toteexacta The Better Value Forecast Nursery·
Poss Q’s 1st 2 as - XoM PB 99+me 35dys 7fs S-aw & Improved Aug 11 -
7f, Class 6, £1,704.25
1 Bitaphon 22/1
2 Flying Pickets 11/1
3 Rano Pano 13/8F 14 ran
Distances: ½l, 12l, 1l
TIME 1m 30.71s (slow by 2.81s)
Jockey: Steve DrowneTrainer: Deborah Sanderson
Technically speaking, this fits into at least two Nick Mordin systems, which show profitability on their next three starts - he normally gets a hard on when a horse clocks a racing post rating 20lb higher than officially rated but on his 4th only start & first fibresand attempt, Bitaphon, officially rated 61, got a 102 from me & that, should in time prove worthy:
