Glad they weren't as look at the history that has been made in the Gold Cup since then with Yeats, and the St Leger is always supported by the top stables, and this season we have what look like an excellent line-up :thumbs

Due to the ground SEA MOON is now a decent price, and should prove too good for this field apart from the spanner in the works which is BLUE BUNTING. She takes on the guys for the first time and has shown she has plenty of stamina.

At the odds it's worth backing both, but if you want to play it really safe with a bet, then back SEA MOON for a Place only, it's a very good price at 1.42 :thumbs

I was on Masked Marvel 16/1 due to strong tip and also i was on Brown Panther 14/1 due to K Fallon; Shame I didn't do the forecast !!! Both nice EW bet. I am happy.

Sea Moon never got a run for a furlong and then stayed on strongly. Not sure if he'd have won with a free run though. The only bet I done in the race was the Place bet on him. Great race though and the Irish St Leger with a dead-heat.

Yes, K Fallon's horse was not good enough to win race; sea moon was in trouble by K Fallon (good tactic to get second placed prize money); so, Buick won easly..
