One mans word against another.
As far as I know the UK and only a few other countries have basically banned the word n*g*r due to PC. Every time I'm in Asia the word is used to just mean a black person, no racism involved, and that is the way in South America and most places on the planet, even in Florida ... those pesky Confederates
He's been banned for being a 'racist' however look up the meaning of the word and they have zero evidence that is the case. Can't wait for the Liverpool lawyers to get hold of this on.

We won't know till late 2012 while the court case is sorted :doh1: It's not something he can really defend as he was caught saying it on camera.
Chatting on my Filipino forum about this and having travelled around Asia and America the word 'nigger' is not classed as offensive never mind racist, and nor do the black people in these countries take it as offensive. I get called 'puti' when in the Philippines and some whites take an offence to that.... I use it in some of my usernames  Words are not offensive as such, it is the context.
Why do these overpaid footballers have to go whinging to the authorities, are they not man enough to sort the issue out there and then? If it is persistent report it, but not the odd comment in the heat of the game.
