:ooo Was I dreaming? :anerikke:

What happened? .... after we went 2-1 down we suddenly started to play Premiership football :Helooo:Helooo:Helooo ..... that's how we should play EVERY bloody game

I don't say it often but well done England, still plenty of time to screw it up next week though :laugh

I'm sure Tuesday night will be a glorious loss to Ukraine leading to the media calling for Harry to replace Roy.

Seriously on last night England looked decent going forward when Walcott came on, but neither team were particulary good defensively which seems to have been a bit of a trend in the tournament as a whole

John Terry has been more of a hinderance to the defence than a help. He's slow and does seem to be in the wrong place a lot of the time. Slowness needs to be made up by experience so he should be reading the game better than he is. I hope this tournament is the last time we see him in an England shirt.

I have to say that while it was a great comeback against Sweden and we showed a lot of spirit in doing so, and although we defended well against France, this is possibly the worst England side I can remember. So we'll probably do a Greece and win it :laugh Can someone please tell me what Ashley Young contributes apart from falling theatrically whenever the chance arises? Strangely though I feel more behind this team than most recent one's because it doesn't have the usual old guard who think they are going to win it because they play in the Premier and are the worlds best players. Hopefully Rooney can give us a bit of bite upfront (and stay on the pitch too). I think I'd play him with Carroll, not that I rate Carroll much but that was a cracking header against Sweden.

So as it's very likely a 2nd place finish will see us against Spain and a flight home we must win tuesday and hope that Sweden play for pride and get at least a draw with France, which I don't think is an impossible task by any means. Sod's law they do and we throw it away against Ukraine. It's going to be a tough match against Ukraine in what is effectively an away game.

Very poor form for someone to arrange a wedding without looking ahead at the Euro 2012 schedule and working out all possibilities first. Big Screen TV in the church perhaps?
