Plans for a "simple" flat-rate state pension have been unveiled, but many of those entering the workforce now will be worse off than under current rules.

I expect to be in a far away sunny distant land by the time I reach 68 .... if I last that long :yikes:

Those beginning work today will be working until 75 the way it's going. There'll be handed down tales of "once we used to retire at 65...women at 60 you know...and we had regular buses...and libraries...and local nightly papers....and every morning someone delivered your milk...just a pint...can you believe that?!" :ooo But we are still richer now then we were then....mmmm! :crazy:

Well I deliver my own milk every day .... the cows are in the field outside my door :biggrin: .... pull the udder one :rolleyes:
