Sports play the important role in fitness. There are many sports but according to me these sports are best for fitness.
Cricket
Football
Tennis
Swimming
Cycling.

The fitness is very important thing for a human being. There are so many sport games which help us to make our fitness strong. Sports like Cricket, Football, Hockey, Basketball, volleyball etc are useful for fitness, these are best sports for fitness.
