David Cameron has said the government is to consider spending money from the UK's £10bn aid budget on peacekeeping and other defence-related projects.

How about giving every British citizen a ::swear tax refund? Then we have something to spend, buying increases growth ... oh sorry, that is simple and easy to understand so politicians don't understand it :biggrin:
