Foreign Secretary William Hague says he believes the Assad regime is behind a chemical attack in Syria and says the UK has not ruled out any options.

Well of course he is behind it, if he wasn't then that would mean the rebels had chemical weapons, and that could mean Al Qaeda . Do you honestly thin the west would be sitting on their hands if that was the case? :doh1:
