i normally dont have a good word for banks but i have to commend lloyds fraud team, somebody was using my wifes card details to order stuff online and they picked up on it straight away and blocked all but one transaction, £145 takeaway, and reimbursed that immediatly.

The fraud departments do seem to be on the ball these days. Although, every time I book a flight to Asia they call me to ask if it was me. That tells me that a lot of fraudulent flights from the EU to Asia go through the banks system.
