Well, it's me self posting for the first time, a wee bit scary!
I'm a Freelance Journalist who's supposed to be retired but hey we never retire. If there's something to write about and I'm offered the job , if I fancy it I take it.
I'm 72 and have just graduated with a Degree in History. I'm not a gambler as such I love Horse Racing, hate football. Being from 'oop North' Rugby Leagues is my game along with Union and a little punt on the dogs if a friend has one, and it's running. When I'm not studying History or form I go Fly Fishing.

Fly fishing. I hated that, but loved sea fishing. Can't do any fishing these days due to arthritis.
